Nobel prize laureates

The photos below were taken at the then famous Nobel prize laureates meeting in Lindau on the Bodensee in 1959. These meetings were organized by the late Count Bernadotte and united every third year in turn Nobel prize laureates in physics, chemistry and medicine with the aim that the Laureates should meet young students in their respective disciplines.

As a graduate student in physics at Munich University I attended the meeting in '59 where I took some photos (slides) that were never published. There is no Copyright but please notify me (mhoefert@t-online.de) if you would like to use them. The quality of the slides, in particular the colour, has suffered considerably over the years, or didn't we simply have no better photographic material in the fifties?
